FREE SHIPPING

Plus Members (Primary & Complimentary)ย with an active membership receive free shipping on eligible items, no minimum purchase.

Club Members/Guest Members/Add-ons/Plus Add-onsย with an active membership and their guests may be eligible for free shipping on a limited assortment of items that are marked accordingly: however, most items will incur shipping costs.

  • NOTE:ย  Free Shipping for both Plus Members and Club Members is limited to a total of up to 10 addresses.

SHIPPING COSTS

Plus Members:ย  Plus Members with an active membership have no order minimum on most items.

Club Members / Guest Membership:ย  For Club Members with an active membership and guests (no membership), shipping costs will incur on most items. Shipping cost for most items are based on size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address.

Theย delivery time for your order is determined by two factors:ย ย Processing andย Shipping.

Processingย is the time betweenย submitting your order andย when the item leaves the warehouse. For most items, processing time is done electronically and usually completed in 1 business days for small parcel and 1-3 business days for largerย items that ship Freight.

Shippingย begins when theย item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at theย selected delivery destination. We send an email with tracking once your order has shipped.

The following items typically require extra processing time:

  • Specialty furniture
  • Jewelry
  • Mattresses
  • Personalized items such as water bottles.
  • Installable items such as hot tubs, vending machines, industrial kitchens, safes, garage doors, and appliances.

For most products only standard shipping is available, but select items are shipped express:

NOTE:

  • The shipping times above do not include processing time
  • Some items are only available within the Continental (48) U.S. states

Freight Shipping Methods:

Items that are too large and/or too heavy to ship small parcel are shipped with a designated freight carrier. Afterย a Freightย carrier receives your order, they will contact you to set up a delivery time.ย Typically, delivery timesย are within a 4 hour window Monday โ€“ Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.

NOTE:ย ย Some areas are not serviced daily and may require additional day(s) for delivery. Please provide up-to-dateย contact information when placing your order to ensure efficient delivery.

Different Freight Serviceย Levels:

Threshold Delivery:

Thresholdย includes interior delivery into the first dry area available. Delivery agents will unload your item(s) and place them in the first dry area available, such as the garage or front entryway. If delivering to an apartment, the carrier will only deliver inside the first floor of the complex.

NOTE: Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up, or clean up.

White Glove Delivery:

White Gloveย includes an interiorย room of choice upon delivery. The delivery agents will unload and place your item(s) in a room of your choosing. White glove service generally includes unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting your order up or down a maximum of two flights of stairs.

NOTE: Unless otherwise stated on product page, this service does not include set-up and/or assembly.

Commercial Delivery:

This service is availableย for commercial business addresses and requires access to an unloading dock. The driver will move the item to the back of the truck, and the member will need to unload the truck (may require equipment to unload).

NOTE: Drivers do not assist with unloading, unpacking, set-up, or clean up. Any other services providedย will require additional feesย to the member and are payable to the shipping company upon completion.
